Inspiration - Music & Life

My husband introduced me to this video, Music & Life, narrated by Alan Watts. I thought it was perfect for my inspiration series as it always makes me think about how I find myself focusing on the future instead of enjoying the present.

The animation in the video (done by the South Park guys) is surprisingly charming, too. It makes a deep message very accessible. Enjoy, and happy Monday!
