Passion flowers….. These vines are everywhere, and if it weren’t for their spectacular flower, they would be a total nuisance given that  they take over everything.  Once you get beyond that minor problem and see their breathtaking beauty, you’ll feel differently as I have.  I’m looking foward to trying to make some passion fruit sorbet once the fruit develops.  If anyone has a good passion fruit recipe, please let me know!
